This is a once a month, 2.5 hour long, meeting for folks seeking to deepen their relationship with plants, held upstairs at 816 Bike Collective. Our session will go for 4 months during the dark season, beginning in January and ending in March. The intent s for the group to grow in trust and collective remembering so attending all 4 classes is highly encouraged.

The container for the classes will be set by me (Shelby) and be facilitated by a local herbal guide who will introduce a plant of their choosing as well as an embodied practice to support us as we journey alongside our herbal medicine chest. Each participant will be given a medicine chest at the beginning of class which will contain all the plants highlighted. During the class there will be lecture, embodiment exercises (deep breathing, light stretching) time to share individual/collective stories on the plants, tea drinking and knowledge sharing.
